Our Genuine Services… We don’t offer a world of freebies, but do include some basic, genuine services that not only help in the day to day running of your business but help to guarantee that perfect cup of coffee every time.
- With every two year contract, we include a quarterly service to both espresso machine and grinder.
- With every two year contract, we supply promotional signage within your shop and a wind barrier outside the premises, with an option for branded shading if applicable.
- We also provide at cost price to your shop, Australian Estate Coffee printed takeaway cups.
- With every accumulated 10kg of Australian Estate Coffee, we include one box of raw sugar.
- With every accumulated 100kg of Australian Estate Coffee, we include a 200gram container of machine descalant.

Barista Training
We’ve got the coffee of choice and we are prepared to ensure that the quality of our coffee is further enhanced by your trained barista. We are more than happy to take the time to offer group barista training techniques for your staff every six months and manager training one-on-one as needed.
This is just another extension of our every day quality assurance regimes in the growing, processing and roasting of Australian Estate Coffee.
